Pastor Will Graves Jr was born November 4, 1957, the first born child of the late Deacon Will Graves Sr and Grace Washington Graves. As a youth, he attended Mt. Sinai Baptist church under the leadership of the late Rev. J.D. Reed where he sung in the youth choir and participating in various youth associations and other activities. Pastor Graves is a 1976 graduate of Montgomery High School and holds an (AAS) in Electronic Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology in Dallas, Texas. He also attended Minister Development Institute (MDI) in Houston, Texas at New Light Christian Center Church and was licensed and ordained minister by Pastor Dr. I. V. Hilliard. He was employed at Fairfield Industries from 1987 as an Electronic Mechanical Assembly Supervisor until he began full time ministry in May of 2013.

Family Man
Pastor Graves met his wife Annette Womack Graves through a mutual friend in 1979. The couple married in June of 1982 and have been blessed with two sons William (Sharoma) grandaughter Skylar, grandson Jrew and Timothy (Faith). The children and his wife, have been active in the ministry since the beginning with William serving as the church’s first sound person, Timothy as the first usher and Annette as the greeter. He is thrilled that one of his children continue to serve in ministry at Conroe Bible Fellowship Church along with his daughter in law Faith.

Pastor Graves is a pastor-teacher who created the church logo of “Standing on the Word” which has been depicted as a family standing on the bible. Conroe Bible Fellowship Church is a bible-based, bible believing ministry where the word of God is ministered by Pastor Graves in a manner where it can be easily understood allowing the body of believers who attend our church to be able to apply the principals of God so that they can be successful living this Christian life. He has a heart for the people who attend the church and gives Spiritual counsel to members, officiate Wedding and Funerals as well as oversees the day to day operations of the church.
